White elephant

Last Friday, I went to the first white elephant where no one stole gifts from one another. Shows you how kind my friends are eh?

We had a potluck/white elephant/girls night out.

golden gate park

saturday was the grand opening of the california academy of sciences. it was free admission that day, so of course we wanted in on that. unfortunately, after trying to find parking for about 30-40 minutes and arriving there around 9:45am (admission time was at 9am), the line was wrapped around the park and they were turning people away.




at least we weren't standing in line for x amount of minutes/hours when they told us that.

instead, we made the most of our day by walking around the park, eating sushi for lunch, and getting ice cream (pistachio and mocha flavor for me)
